Thank you for shopping with STICKYZOO.art (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We create and sell handmade animal-shaped sticky products (“Products”).
Because our items are handmade, each piece is unique and may have slight variations.
This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can request a return, refund, or exchange.

1. Overview
We want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with your purchase, we will do our best to help within the rules of this policy.
- Returns are accepted for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in unused, resellable condition with original packaging (if applicable).
- Some items are non-refundable, as described below.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item should be in its original packaging (if any).
- You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date to request a return.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt).
We may ask for photos of the item and packaging before approving a return.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Items returned without prior approval from us.
- Items returned outside the 14-day return window.
- Custom or personalized orders, if any (for example: custom designs, special requests).
- Items with minor variations such as small differences in color, shape, or pattern that are normal for handmade products.
Normal handmade imperfections or small differences from product photos do not qualify as defects and are not a valid reason for a refund.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@stickyzoo.art within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and the packaging
- A short description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:
- A replacement item
- A partial refund
- A full refund
- A store credit
In cases where the damage or mistake is clearly our fault or due to the carrier, we will usually cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, if a return is required.
5. Returns Process
To start a return:
- Contact us at info@stickyzoo.art with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos (if applicable)
- Wait for our reply and return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
- If the return is approved:
- You will need to ship the item back to the return address we provide.
- Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. Refunds
If your refund is approved:
- We will process the refund to your original method of payment (unless otherwise agreed).
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank, but it typically takes 5–10 business days after we issue the refund.
We may offer store credit instead of a refund in some situations, if you agree.
Important:
- Original shipping costs (if any) are usually non-refundable, except where required by law or if the issue was our mistake.
- If your order included a free shipping promotion, we may refund only the value of the items, not an additional shipping value.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; processing times can vary.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@stickyzoo.art with your name, order number, and refund details.
8. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges in certain cases, such as:
- Receiving a defective or incorrect item
- Receiving an item damaged during shipping
Because our items are handmade and sometimes produced in small batches, we cannot guarantee that the same item will always be in stock for exchanges.
If an exchange is not possible, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

9. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order:
- Contact us as soon as possible at info@stickyzoo.art.
- If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.
- If your order has already been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel. In that case, you may need to follow the return process described above once the order arrives.
Because many of our products are handmade and prepared to order, cancellations may not always be possible after production has started.
10. Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the return is due to:
- A defective product
- A shipping error
- Or another issue that is clearly our responsibility
you will be responsible for:
- The cost of return shipping, and
- Any customs fees, duties, or taxes related to the return (for international customers)
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or in specific cases we approve.
11. International Orders
For international customers:
- Delivery times, shipping costs, duties, and taxes may vary by country.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
- Customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are generally non-refundable, and you may still be responsible for them even if you return the item, depending on your local regulations.
